Shenzhen TOPNING Technology was founded in 2009. We began by writing the protocol that let our software talk to the first attendance terminal, and we have stayed inside a single industry ever since: manufacturing — from HR and attendance through payroll, dormitories, audit reporting and mobile approval.

We write the device protocols
Terminals, access control and canteen readers are integrated through our own protocol layer. Adding a device doesn't wait on the manufacturer's schedule, and there is no third-party middleware to blame.
A month of parallel running first
Before go-live we run old and new side by side for a full payroll cycle and reconcile line by line. Only then do we cut over — on a day when wages are still paid on time.
We stand guard before audit season
Customers share their audit dates with us. Reports and evidence are prepared a month ahead, rather than assembled in a panic the week before.
