MULTI-LEDGER

The figures an auditor asks for, ready without a month of scrambling

There is one set of real data; the reporting basis can be several. Day-to-day operations already run on the audit basis, so on the day BSCI, SMETA or a customer audit walks in, attendance, payroll and daily output reconcile on their own.

01 / What audits check

Four lines where audits actually fail

Fire safety and chemical storage can be fixed in a rush. Hours and wages can only be right if they were right all year.

CHECK 01 ≤ 60h

Weekly hour cap

Total hours including overtime. Exceeding it is a non-conformity, and the remediation window is usually 30 days.

CHECK 02 ≤ 36h

Monthly overtime cap

Records of repeated breaches also become evidence in labour arbitration. The system warns per person, per month — before the auditor does the arithmetic.

CHECK 03 1.5 · 2 · 3×

Overtime rates stated separately

Weekday, weekend and public-holiday overtime must be paid and shown separately, and payslips must tie to the bank statement.

CHECK 04 12 months

Three-way reconciliation

Terminal records, payroll and daily output have to corroborate one another. Auditors verify across documents, walk-throughs and worker interviews.

02 / Basis and trail

You can change the basis.
You just can't change it silently.

Multi-ledger is not two sets of books. It is one source dataset reported on different bases. Who switched the basis, when, and why — the system records all of it, so when an auditor traces a number, you know more about it than they do.

Raw punches are stored once and never rewritten by any basis.

Every basis switch is logged per person and per timestamp, and the log is exportable.

Report bases and payroll bases are separated, so neither contaminates the other.

How we work the 30 days before an audit

We provide remote support on the day itself, and we stay on non-conformities until they are closed.

D-30

Export the 12-month evidence pack and self-check it against the audit body's document list, item by item.

D-14

Run a cross-check drill: pick 20 workers at random and compare their punches, payslips and interview answers.

D-7

Walk the document room, the line and the dormitory; make report numbers match the paper archive line by line.

D-0

Remote support on the day. Whatever the auditor asks for is produced on site — never "we'll check and come back to you".

D+30

Non-conformity follow-up: where the finding is data-related, the system generates the remediation evidence and tracks it to closure.
